Annemarie Jansen

Annemarie Jansen has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Teamlead Operations at YoungCapital Deutschland since February 2021. In this role, Annemarie is responsible for employee empowerment, coaching a team of 16 individuals, fostering corporate culture, managing motivation, and conducting evaluations. Annemarie also oversees budget planning, task coordination, applicant management, onboarding new employees, project leadership, and client support.
