Vincent Thomas

Vincent Thomas is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Business Planning and Tax Section at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP, where they counsel companies on complex business transactions and distressed entities. They previously served as a Partner at McCollom Thomas LLP and as an Associate at Morris James LLP, with early experience as a Full Time Law Clerk for Chief Justice Myron T. Steele at the Delaware Supreme Court. Vincent also held the position of Wolcott Fellow at the Delaware Court of Chancery, contributing to legal research and opinion drafting. An adjunct professor at the University of Delaware, Vincent teaches Estate Planning in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. They earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.
