Michael Ytem

Michael Ytem possesses extensive experience in land brokerage and investments within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Currently affiliated with Younger Partners since 2015, Michael specializes in facilitating transactions for both long-term holds and immediate commercial development, partnering with a range of clients from local investment groups to recognized entities such as Richardson ISD, Frito-Lay/Pepsico, Primrose, 7-11, and Oncor. Prior to this role, Michael was involved in investments at Henry S. Miller Brokerage in 2014. Michael holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from The University of Texas at Dallas, where studies were completed between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, educational background includes graduation from Mesquite High School in 2004.
