Thaddaeus Douglas is an experienced professional in evidence and innovation management, currently serving as Senior Evidence and Innovation Manager at YoungMinds since June 2018. Prior to this role, Thaddaeus held various positions at Volunteering Matters as Impact and Evaluation Manager and at Reprezent as Research & Development Coordinator. Thaddaeus's extensive career also includes significant contributions to The BB Group, where multiple roles encompassed Head of Research & Development, Policy and Research Manager, Policy and Research Officer, and an internship. Thaddaeus earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from London Metropolitan University, graduating with a 2:1 classification in 2009.
