Bill B.

Bill B. has over 20 years of work experience in the IT field. Bill started their career at San Diego County Water Authority in 1997 as a Systems Admin, where they focused on improving system performance and providing computer hardware and software support. In 1999, they joined SupplyPro as an Information Systems Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. In 2005, Bill joined Dunham & Associates as the Director of IT & Chief Information Security Officer, where they modernized and upgraded the company's technological systems. In 2013, they became the Owner/Vice President of The Bouncing Bead. Currently, Bill is working at Young's Holdings as the Director of IT.

Bill B. completed their education in a chronological order. Bill started by obtaining a high school degree from Crystal Lake Central in 1985. Bill then went on to UC San Diego where they earned a BA in Economics, graduating in 1998. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they attended the University of Phoenix and completed an MS in Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Bill B. also obtained certifications including Security+ from CompTIA and ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice, both in 2018.
