Brian O'Neill

Brian O'Neill has an extensive work experience in the legal and business sectors. Brian started their career as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where they focused on corporate governance and securities disclosures. Brian then joined Amazon as a Corporate Counsel, handling various legal matters related to customer service, fulfillment center operations, and human resources.

Brian went on to serve as the General Counsel for Young's Market Company, where they played a key role until the company partnered with Republic National Distributing Company in 2019. Brian also held the position of General Counsel at Wilson Daniels and Infinium Spirits, Inc.

In addition to their legal roles, Brian has taken on leadership positions in strategy and investing. Brian is currently a Managing Director at Market Street Capital Ventures, LLC, where they help direct investing strategy for Young's Holdings, Inc. across multiple industries.

Most recently, Brian has been working at Young's Holdings as the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel. In this dual role, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, as well as providing legal guidance and managing risk for the organization.

Brian O'Neill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Princeton University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Brian then pursued a JD degree in Law at the University of Michigan from 2002 to 2005. Prior to their university education, they obtained a Diploma from Santa Margarita Catholic High School from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Brian O'Neill has obtained certifications including a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators in 2018 and an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI. Brian also holds a Coaching License (Grass Roots) from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
