From 2012 to 2018, Erin held the role of Senior Manager and Manager in Talent Acquisition at Young's Market Company. Erin excelled in managing recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and talent assessments. Erin's expertise also includes managing college programs, expanding recruiting networks, and successfully hiring candidates across different levels. With a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, Erin has also shown dedication to philanthropic efforts, such as supporting the OM Foundation at Young's Market Company.
