Jonathan Rivas

Jonathan Rivas is a Senior Real Estate & Alternative Investments Analyst at Young's Holdings, a company specializing in real estate investments and development across the western United States and Hawaii. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as a Market & Investments Analyst at London Moeder Advisors and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Woodbury University. Jonathan's experience also includes an internship at the San Diego Housing Commission and participation in the NAIOP University Challenge as a team member representing UC San Diego. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from UC San Diego.
