Laura Carter is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive assistance and management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Young's Holdings since May 2022, Laura supports one of America's oldest family-owned businesses. Prior experience includes serving in the same capacity at PriceSmart from December 2014 to May 2022, where PriceSmart operates as the largest membership warehouse club chain in Central America and the Caribbean. Previous roles encompass working as a Buyer at Event Network and an Assistant Manager at Talbots, alongside earlier experiences in customer service at Perkins Family Restaurants and a retail internship at Walt Disney World. Laura holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Organizational Management and Communications from the University of Minnesota Duluth, a Global Management Certificate from Nankai University, and an Associate of Arts from Lake Superior College.
