Joe Paloski

Joe Paloski serves as the Vice President of Mission Services at Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries since September 2022, overseeing Career Services Managers and managing programs that assist individuals facing employment barriers. Paloski's responsibilities include community outreach, collaboration with various organizations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As a Trustee for Canfield Township since January 2016, Paloski manages a budget exceeding $10 million and addresses community concerns. Previous experience includes roles as Program and Operations Manager for BRITE Energy Innovators and Program Coordinator for SNAP-Education at The Ohio State University, where significant outreach and program development were achieved. Paloski holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and has engaged in various community service roles, including coaching and consulting.
