Robert Kearns is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Youngstown City School District. Prior to this role, Robert held positions such as Executive Director of Operations and Student Experience at Youngstown City Schools, Principal at Chaney High School, and Principal at various other schools. Robert has a strong educational background with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University.
