Kristin Niesmann has extensive work experience in the sales and management field. Kristin is currently the Chief Sales Officer, International at Younique Products, where they oversee sales operations globally. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Sales Officer, Region Europe/APAC/French CA at Younique Products. Kristin has also served as the Regional Vice President for Europe/APAC/French CA and as the Vice President of Sales for Germany/Austria/Netherlands at the same company.

In these roles, they had responsibilities such as leading the sales force, planning and implementing global sales marketing programs, training international trainers and distributors, and managing sales events.

Universität zu Köln für die Entwicklung personaler und interpers. Kompetenzen in 2021. In 2009, they completed a Certified Sales & Communication Trainer program at Flextrain in Cologne & Berlin, specializing in Training & Coaching. Prior to that, in 2008, they obtained an ADA-Trainer Certification from the Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Münster, specializing in Trainer Certification Corporate Trainee Programs. In 2008, Kristin attended the Vocational College for Economy & Management in Ahlen, where they earned a State Certified Business Economist degree with a focus on Business Administration, specifically Marketing & Sales. Kristin'seducation journey began in 1999 when they completed the Industrial Clerk - IHK Degree program at the Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Münster. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications, including Speaking Performance Master and Speaking Performance Practitioner from the Tobias Beck Academy in 2022, and another Systemischer (Business) Coach & Change Manager certification from INeKO - Institut an der Universität zu Köln in 2021.
