Lacee Smith

Lacee Smith, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lacee currently holds the position of Senior International Accountant at Younique Products since March 2022. Prior to this, Lacee worked as a Realtor at HKW, INC since September 2011.

From May 2021 to April 2022, Lacee served as a Project/Assistant Controller at Stratton and Bratt LLC, where they played a crucial role in defining project goals and objectives, maintaining budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with backend requirements.

Previously, from December 2012 to March 2015, Lacee held the roles of Implementation Manager/Subject Matter Expert and Accounting Manager at CED - Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. Lacee managed AP/AR processes for multiple locations, implemented remote accounting processes, and handled inventory write-downs, returns, and negotiations with manufacturers.

Lacee's career began in 2008 as a Project Administrative Assistant at Geneva Rock Products, where they worked until November 2009. Throughout their work experience, Lacee has demonstrated strong financial and project management skills.

Lacee Smith, MBA, has a strong educational background in business and management. Lacee earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Utah Valley University in 2012. Additionally, Lacee completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in the Sports Medicine Residency Program at Snow College from 2001 to 2003.

In terms of certifications, Lacee obtained their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in February 2022. Lacee is also a licensed Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent, obtained from the Utah Department of Commerce in September 2012.
