Megan Barber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Megan began their career as an Advertising Coordinator/Marketing Assistant at RE/MAX Equity Group, where they gained experience in administrative and marketing tasks. Megan then moved on to work as an Office Manager at Prudential Los Alamos Realtors, where they managed day-to-day operations of the real estate office. Megan also briefly worked as a Realtor Assistant at Prudential Los Alamos.

In 2005, Megan founded their own business, Barber Virtual Assisting Solutions, LLC, specializing in providing virtual assistance and support services to real estate professionals. Megan operated and managed the business, offering marketing assistance, technology assistance, and administrative support.

Megan later co-founded REVA Academy, a training resource for aspiring virtual assistants focusing on the real estate niche. Megan designed and taught programs that covered various real estate skills and marketing practices.

In 2017, Megan founded List to Close, a full-service real estate virtual assistant company. Megan served as the owner and lead virtual assistant, overseeing day-to-day operations and specializing in marketing services for real estate agents. Megan'sresponsibilities included social media management, graphic design, content creation, Facebook advertising, website maintenance, and lead management.

Outside of the real estate industry, Megan worked as a Brand Manager at Younique Products, where they sold makeup and skincare products through social media platforms. Megan created video tutorials and offered advice to help women with their makeup and skincare routines.

More recently, Megan joined Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA as a Marketing Coordinator. Megan is also a Group Fitness Instructor, teaching various exercise formats such as Zumba, Mossa Group Power, and their own freestyle fitness classes.

Throughout their career, Megan has obtained certifications such as ACE-YMCA Group Exercise, CPR, AED, First Aid, Certified Virtual Assistant, and Certified Real Estate Support Specialist. Megan'sexperience and skills in marketing, virtual assistance, and fitness instruction make their a versatile and valuable professional.

Megan Barber has a diverse educational background. In 2006, they attended the Tri-State Real Estate School for the NJ Real Estate Sales Person Licensing program. In 2004, they enrolled in the Dearborn Real Estate School to obtain their NM Real Estate Sales Associate Licensing. Megan also pursued education in 1998 at Portland Community College and in 1997 at Tacoma Community College, though the specific field of study and any degrees obtained are unknown. Additionally, Megan has recently obtained a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross in October 2022.
