Nathan Clawson

Nathan Clawson has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. At Younique Products, they worked as a Software Quality Engineer II and Software QA. In these roles, they gained experience in manual, functional, and regression testing, as well as user acceptance and usability testing. Nathan also had familiarity with localization and regionalization testing.

Prior to that, at Overstock.com, Nathan held various roles. Nathan worked as a Manager of Operations, where they streamlined workflow and developed processes to ensure consistency across sets. Nathan provided coaching, direction, and development for direct reports, and managed individual performance. Nathan also served as a Merchandise Room Manager, where they led a team in streamlining merchandise processes and provided input in system design for accurate sample tracking. Additionally, they worked as a Merchandise Coordinator, where they tracked samples through photography and ensured their accurate return to business partners, as well as tracked and secured high-value samples.

Nathan Clawson completed their education at Salt Lake Community College from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Kearns High School from 2000 to 2004, where they received a high school diploma. In addition to their formal education, Nathan Clawson has also obtained various certifications from Lynda.com, including "SEO Foundations," "SEO: Link Building in Depth," "Becoming a Manager," "Building Accountability Into Your Culture," "Delegating Tasks," "Leading Productive Meetings," "Managing for Results," "Onboarding New Hires," "Performance Review Foundations," "Rewarding Employees," "Hiring Your Team," and "New Manager Foundations." These certifications were obtained between February 2019 and May 2019.
