Marcin Kasprzykowski

Marcin Kasprzykowski has a strong background in software development and management roles. Marcin is currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Younium - The Subscription Hub for B2B Companies since June 2022. Prior to this, Marcin worked as a Software Development Manager at iHerb, LLC, where they built the Polish branch office and led two autonomous teams from September 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining iHerb, Marcin worked at Luxoft from March 2017 to September 2021, where they served as a Team Lead and Software Architect. Marcin was responsible for managing client relations, requirements analysis, team management, and technical supervision for several networking projects.

From October 2013 to May 2017, Marcin worked at CUBE.ITG as a Software Architect and Head of Branch Office Cracow. Marcin led a team responsible for supporting and developing new functionalities for a major Polish insurance company.

Marcin also gained experience at FDJ Center as a Software Architect and Software Department Manager from September 2011 to September 2013. Marcin joined the company as a .NET architect and gradually built a team of 8 people.

Prior to that, Marcin worked at TimeFrame Software as a Project Manager from June 2010 to September 2011. Marcin managed the design and implementation of an online gambling site and led a team of 4 technicians.

Marcin started their career at Robobat as a .NET Developer from January 2009 to November 2009. Marcin designed and implemented energy certificate calculation systems and collaborated with other developers.

Marcin also worked at JCommerce Sp. z o.o. as a .NET Developer from September 2007 to August 2008, where they played a major role in the design and implementation of a WMS-class system using WPF technology.

Marcin began their professional journey at SoftwareMind as a .NET Developer intern from February 2007 to May 2007, where they participated in the development of a CMS-class system using C# 2.

Additionally, Marcin gained experience as a Junior .NET Developer intern at PROCAD GmbH & Co. KG in July 2004, where they familiarized himself with .NET technology and C# language.

Marcin Kasprzykowski attended V LO in Cracow from 1999 to 2003, specializing in Mathematics, Physics, and IT. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Database Management Systems and Software Engineering at AGH University of Krakow, which they successfully completed in 2008.
