Charles Cholsoo Lho is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Since 2003, Charles has served as the Chairman and CEO of Amicus Group, and has been the Publisher of Korea JoongAng Daily since 2008. In addition to these positions, Charles is the Chairman and Founding Investor of Quid and YouNoodle. Moreover, Charles has been the Chairman and Founder of P. WIAN Holdings since 1994. Previous roles include Director of the Center for Global Cooperation at the Samsung Economic Research Institute from 2004 to 2008, Chairman and JV Partner at Leo Burnett from 2001 to 2003, General Manager at the Samsung Group USA Representative Office from 1986 to 1990, and Assistant General Manager for Corporate Planning at the Samsung Group Chairman's Secretariat from 1982 to 1985. Earlier in the career, Charles held the position of Assistant Marketing Manager at Proctor & Gamble E&SO. Academically, Charles holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Economy from the University of Oxford, an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Yale School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in International Relations from Stanford University.
