José Rafael Hernandez Tadeo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Director of the IT department at YouNoodle since November 2021, José has previously held senior engineering positions at Koala Workshop and Karbook. José’s expertise includes API development in PHP with Laravel and Node with Express, as well as requirement analysis and collaboration in SCRUM teams. Earlier roles encompass software development and optimization at Cuponerapp, Ellucian, and Grupo Casa Saba, with foundational experience in software development from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y Electrónica, where José earned degrees in Computer Engineering and Computational Sciences.
