Lon Welsh

Lon Welsh is a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience. Lon is the Founder and General Partner at Ironton Capital and the Chairman/Founder of Your Castle Real Estate, which had over $2.5 billion in sales in 2022. Lon also co-founded First Alliance Title and served as the Director of Business Development. In addition, Lon has held positions at Metrolist, Mercy Housing, Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, Accenture, and Deloitte Consulting. Lon holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Vanderbilt University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
