Thamira Gunaratne

Thamira Gunaratne is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Your Compass since September 2025. Previously, Thamira held the position of Assistant Financial Manager at CNS Middle East from January 2021 to September 2025 and served as a Business Unit Finance Manager at Omnix International from March 2015 to January 2021. Thamira began the career as a Senior Account Executive at East West Marketing (Private) Limited between August 2011 and February 2015 and worked as an Internal Auditor at Richard Pieris & Company PLC from February 2008 to February 2009. Thamira holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Edinburgh Napier University, completed between 2016 and 2018, and has qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, CPA Australia, and the Institute of Public Accountants, achieving MIPA in Accounting and Finance.
