Lauren Crystal

Lauren Crystal is a fourth-generation entrepreneur and Managing Director of Your Creative Agency, where they lead an independent team in developing impact-driven brand strategies for clients focused on social justice and environmental sustainability. Since co-founding Your Creative in 2015, Lauren has committed to giving 5% of service work pro bono to worthwhile causes. Previously, they held roles at various organizations, including Lead Strategist at The Cool Hunter and Project Manager at LJCB Investment Group. Lauren's education includes a Master’s Degree from The University of Edinburgh and a Fellowship from Central European University, as well as specialized training in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.
