Zuzanna Szaniewska-Zarychta

Zuzanna Szaniewska-Zarychta serves as the Head of HR at Your KAYA since January 2022, where the focus is on proactive advisory roles and enhancing alignment across people and processes. Previously, Zuzanna held the role of HR Manager at Pragmatists (acquired by Snowflake Inc.) and Kerris Group, managing various HR functions including employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, and internal communication. Earlier career experiences include positions at Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. as HR Specialist and Receptionist, as well as a Sales Consultant at Jatomi Fitness Polska. Zuzanna holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Uniwersytet SWPS and a Bachelor of Engineering from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
