Daniella H.

Daniella H. started their career at BMO in 2004 as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they focused on risk management and staff coaching. In 2009, they transitioned to Your Neighbourhood Credit Union as a Branch Manager, overseeing various tasks such as coaching, mentoring, leading retail services, and participating in business planning. In 2021, Daniella was promoted to Director, Sales and Coaching at Your Neighbourhood Credit Union.

Daniella H. completed a Continuing Diploma program in Human Resources Management and Services at Mohawk College in 2015. In addition, they received various certifications including a Certificate in Applied Leadership, eFOCUS: Building Resilience, YNCUniversity Trainer, eLEAD, eLeaderHUB, Cultivating a Passion for Learning in Yourself and Others, Delivering Feedback That Encourages Growth, and eCOACH. These certifications were obtained between 2022 and 2024 from different institutions such as eLeadership Academy, YNCU, and Skillsoft.
