Kirstin Dias

Kirstin Dias has extensive experience in marketing and communications, having held various roles in organizations such as YNCU, Community First Credit Union, and Northern Credit Union. Their responsibilities included setting marketing strategies, managing budgets, overseeing marketing campaigns, and working closely with internal teams to support sales growth. Kirstin also has experience as a Children's Book Author and Shop Owner at Bow + Bear Co. Kirstin's expertise lies in creative writing, social media, branding, and executing marketing initiatives to drive organizational success.

Kirstin Dias earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from McMaster University from 2006 to 2010. Kirstin later pursued an Honours Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning at Humber College from 2012 to 2013. In 2022, Kirstin obtained a Financial Literacy Trainer certification from the Canadian Credit Union Association, and in 2023, they obtained an eLEAD certification from the eLeadership Academy.
