Krystel Edwards

Krystel Edwards has a strong work history in the financial services industry. Krystel started at YNCU in 2019 as a Financial Relationship Manager and progressed to Senior Financial Relationship Manager and then Manager before becoming the Director of Financial Relationship Managers. In this role, Krystel leads a team to establish lasting relationships with high-net-worth members. Prior to YNCU, they were the Branch Manager at Fairstone for almost a decade, overseeing various aspects of branch operations and achieving monthly business goals with a focus on compliance.

Krystel Edwards completed their Branch Compliance Officer degree at the Canadian Securities Institute in 2019, specializing in Investments and Securities. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Investment Funds in Canada from the same institute. Additionally, they hold certifications in eLead from the eLeadership Academy, eLeaderHUB from the eLeadership Academy | Credit Union Leaders, and ESG: Investment Fund Disclosure from Learnedly. Krystel is also certified as a Responsible Investment Specialist (RIS).
