Sai Poguluru

Sai Poguluru has over two decades of diverse work experience in technology and leadership roles, including positions at companies such as TD, goeasy Ltd., and Laurentian Bank Financial Group. Sai has also served as a Co-Founder and CTO at Gradient Technologies Inc. Currently, they hold the role of CISO and Head of Technology Operations at Your Neighbourhood Credit Union and is a Startup Mentor at the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA program. Throughout their career, Sai has demonstrated expertise in information security, technology operations, vendor management, and strategic planning.

Sai Poguluru holds an EMBA in General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2003-2004) and Schulich School of Business - York University (2003-2004). Additionally, they obtained a Special Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Government Institute of Electronics (1986-1990). In 2011, they received a CISA from ISACA and in 2010-2011, they earned an ITIL Expert certification from ITIL. Furthermore, in 2016, they became TOGAF Certified in Enterprise Architecture (Technology) from The Open Group.
