Prior to this role, Tricia contributed to the Sault Area Hospital's Human Resources department from October 2016 to May 2017. Tricia's career in Human Resources began at Tenaris, where tenure lasted from February 2006 to June 2016. Tricia's academic background includes education from Wilfrid Laurier University and Humber College.
