Charlee's background includes significant roles at Save the Children UK as Campaigns Mobilisation Manager, at World Animal Protection as Mobilisation Coordinator (Digital), and at Progressio UK as Youth Activism Officer. Educational qualifications include a degree in Oceanography with Physical Geography from the University of Southampton and A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Geography from The Holt School.
