Heidi Pelczar

Heidi Pelczar serves as a Member at Chief since March 2023 and has been the Chief Operating Officer at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC since March 2005. At Your Part-Time Controller, LLC, Heidi leads diverse teams to meet corporate objectives, evaluates operational performance for improvement opportunities, prepares budgets, oversees technology enhancements, and develops marketing strategies. Earlier roles include Senior Manager and Recruiting Director, where Heidi focused on client relationships and process improvement, and Manager, where financial reporting processes for nonprofit organizations were established. Heidi has also contributed to the Women in Nonprofit Leadership Conference since its inception in 2017, driving attendance growth and engagement. Previous experience includes positions at LaFrance Corp, Enterprise Financial Consulting, Marriott International, and Share our Strength. Heidi holds a BS in Finance from Bentley University.
