Kathleen Larkin

Kathleen D. Larkin, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC since April 2025, Larkin previously held similar roles at AnewHealth from 2022 to 2024 and at South Jersey Industries from 2020 to 2021, where strategic HR leadership contributed to significant organizational transformations. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at CubeSmart, Human Resources Director for Korn Ferry Hay Group, and Chief Human Resources Officer at The Pew Charitable Trusts. Larkin launched impactful initiatives such as SJI’s Collective Ambition, enhancing employee engagement and understanding. Larkin's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Accounting & Management from La Salle University.
