Debra Strougo is a seasoned expert in the fitness and wellness industry with extensive experience in advisory and leadership roles. As the Founder's Co-pilot™ and Contract Services at Fitizens Holdings since 2001, Debra leverages a successful exit and in-depth industry knowledge to support growth businesses. Current advisory roles include assisting Spren (Elite HRV) in transitioning from B2C to B2B, guiding Your Reformer in launching its Pilates Reformer brand in the U.S., and contributing to the growth of a Precision Health Platform at Wellbuilt Ventures. Debra has also played pivotal roles in maximizing revenue for Hydrate IV Bar and optimizing systems at Pvolve ahead of a high-profile launch.
