Emma Stallworthy

Emma Stallworthy is an accomplished entrepreneur and wellness professional with a diverse background in business management and transformation. As the Founder of Your Reformer since June 2021, Emma has developed a retail brand that offers premium Pilates reformer beds and on-demand classes, fostering a supportive community. Prior to this, Emma served as the Pinnacle Wellness Manager at Pinnacle Wellness Studios, where innovative Pilates classes were introduced under their leadership. Emma's extensive experience in the fitness industry began as the Operations Manager for Pinnacle Health Club, where critical management skills were honed during the expansion of the business. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Business Transformation Consultant at Grant Thornton Australia, where Emma focused on analysis and process improvement. Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Monash University and completed VCE at Wesley College, Glen Waverley.
