Caitlin Daly

Caitlin Daly, CAWA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the SPCA Serving Erie County, NY, since January 2022. Prior to this role, Caitlin held the position of Vice President and COO at Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester, from October 2019 to December 2021, and was the Executive Director at Fredericksburg Regional SPCA from February 2015 to October 2019. Caitlin's experience also includes serving on the Board of Directors for Downtown Greens from May 2016 to September 2019, and as the Board Chair for Rappahannock Rotary Club from November 2016 to June 2019. Earlier career roles include Executive Director at the Humane Society of Alamance County and Shelter Manager at SPCA of the Triad, Inc. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Longwood University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
