Your Sanctuary Space helps women lead well, and stay well doing it, in their first years of corporate leadership. The work is built for those women directly, and for the HR and people teams developing them, helping prevent burnout before it costs an organisation its best emerging talent.

Founded by Tania Rizoski (MBA, Stevie Awards Judge 2026, co-author of Girl on the Left, and Unleash Her Voice), the practice draws on 28 years inside corporate environments. I have lived the pressure to prove yourself, the long hours, and the quiet cost it takes on your health and your clarity. Your Sanctuary Space exists to change how the next wave of leaders is developed, so leading well and staying well stop being a trade-off.

The focus is prevention, not correction. Whether the work is with one leader or a whole team, the aim is the same: build sustainable leadership identity before burnout sets the terms.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:
 • 1:1 coaching for women new to corporate leadership, building confidence, identity and habits that last.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗥❟ 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀:
• A specialist to bring in for emerging leaders as they step up, supporting the transition before pressure turns into burnout or lost talent.
• Workshops and programs on sustainable leadership, energy and burnout prevention.
• Leadership offsites and reset retreats that pair real development with the space to slow down, so teams return aligned and resilient, not just rested.
• Speaking on resilient leadership cultures and developing emerging leaders well.

The approach blends evidence-informed coaching, mindfulness and small, repeatable behaviours with energy-informed practices, including human design foundations. Practical, people-first, and grounded in real corporate experience.
