Gautam Gurung is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving at Your Special Delivery Service since February 2016, Gautam specializes in solving complex business problems through analytics and manages fulfillment center operations, including overseeing shipments for Estee Lauder Companies. Prior to this role, Gautam spent nearly nine years at First Flight (U.S.A.) Inc., contributing to operational strategy, logistics management, and staff training. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Program Officer at Machhapuchhre Development Organization, where responsibilities included project planning, compliance audits, and coordination with donor agencies. Gautam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College.
