Joe Karavis

Joe Karavis is a Senior Graphic Designer at Your Store Wizards. Previously, they worked as a Senior Web Designer at Web.com from January 2010 to January 2020. As a member of Web.com’s custom website development agency, and e-commerce development team, they were responsible for the conceptualization, design, and production of website designs and supporting graphics for multiple projects in diverse industries. Joe worked both independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve project objectives. Joe's clients included start-ups, established corporations, healthcare, professional PGA golfers and events, and enterprise, franchise, co-op, dealer-manufacturer, business-to-business, and large brand clients.

In their role as Senior Web Designers, they were responsible for researching, creating, coordinating, and executing diverse design project concepts including wireframes and preliminary sketches. Joe also designed custom premier-level professional responsive website design mockups, including the home page, interior pages, custom elements, and assets. Joe presented mockups to internal leadership and the team and worked with the account managers and Creative Director through revisions if needed. Joe exhibited an awareness of current Design/UX industry trends and best practices, and provide strategies, ideas, and feedback for ongoing improvements. Joe maintained close communication with the account managers and development team providing all necessary design assets upon client approval for handover to the programming phase. Joe delivered completed projects on schedule, within project scope, and budgets.

Joe Karavis has a degree from The Art Institutes in Design and Visual Communications. Joe also has a degree from Hanover Area Junior/Senior High School.
