Eric Marler

Eric Marler is the current Head of Claims at Counterpart. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Vice President - Management Liability Claims at The Hanover Insurance Group from April 2015 to April 2022. Eric also worked as the Divisional Assistant Vice President - Claims at Great American Insurance from November 2010 to April 2015. Before that, they were the President at Marler Law Offices, P.C. from January 2009 to December 2010. Prior to that, they were an attorney and partner at Reardon Golinkin & Reed from January 2002 to December 2009.

Eric Marler has a Doctor of Law from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Eric is currently a practicing attorney in the field of law.
