Abhishree Borah

Abhishree Borah has diverse work experience in the social sector. In 2018, Abhishree worked as an intern at The Green Hub, where they documented and visited field works to prepare case studies. In 2019, they interned at North East Affected Area Development Society, assisting in various projects related to child welfare and skill development. Also in 2019, Abhishree joined the Kaivalya Education Foundation as a Gandhi Fellow, providing virtual support to schools in Haryana and Uttarakhand, focusing on capacity building, parental engagement, and student leadership. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Going to School, implementing a program in Madhubani, Bihar, that aimed to develop entrepreneurial skills and provide internship opportunities to students. Currently, Abhishree is a Program Manager at YourDOST - Your Emotional Wellness Coach, starting in 2023.

Abhishree Borah completed their bachelor's degree in Political Science at Dibrugarh University from 2014 to 2017. Abhishree then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communication for Development at Tezpur University from 2017 to 2019.
