Archita Debnath has had a diverse work experience. In 2018, they began their career as an Industrial Trainee at Hyatt Regency. In 2019, they completed an Internship at Taj Hotels. In 2021, they took on the role of Management Trainee at Rebel Foods, where they were in-charge of store operations for a cloud kitchen leading a team of 15 employees and fulfilling orders under 11 brands. Currently, they are a Business Owner at Dakshin Millets and is scaling up to ~30k in monthly revenue. Additionally, they are also a Customer Success Manager at YourDOST - Your Emotional Wellness Coach.

Archita Debnath completed their high school education at Sri Chaitanya College of Education from 2014 to 2016. Archita then attended St.Mary's Convent School until 2014. In 2017, they graduated from Ihm Dehradun with a Bachelor of Hotel Management in Front Office.
