Charlie Farrer

Charlie Farrer currently serves as the Head of Customer Engagement at You're Looking Well since July 2024. Previously, Farrer was Client Engagement Director at CI&T from January 2023 to April 2023, where the focus was on delivering integrated digital strategies in a global technology environment. Farrer spent nearly a decade at Somo Global, initially starting as an intern and progressing through various roles to become Client Solutions Director, managing relationships and generating revenue for high-profile clients. Farrer holds a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and has a background in project management, client relations, and digital solution delivery across multiple sectors.
