David Morland has over fifteen years of experience in the field of intellectual property and technology transactions. David is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Youreka, a software company that provides mobile sales tools for enterprise companies. Prior to joining Youreka, David was a Partner at Dispatch, a venture-backed software company that provides delivery management software to businesses. Before Dispatch, David was a Partner at 3LP Advisors, where they advised clients on IP monetization strategy, led technology and IP diligence, and served as a transaction advisor for buyers and sellers of IP assets. David has also worked extensively with companies in high technology, medical technology and industrial industries.
