Jennifer Johnson has held a variety of roles across a range of companies since 1996. Jennifer began their career as a Receptionist at CACI, Government Systems Inc., and Infonet. In 1999, they became a Web Developer at Technology TEAM, and then an Interface Programmer at iconixx in 2000. Jennifer then worked as a Web Customer Relations Manager/Analyst and Web Developer/Programmer at greenfield/belser ltd until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Salesforce CRM Administrator at FTI Consulting. Jennifer then worked as a Youreka Customer Success Manager and Youreka Pre-Sales Engineer at Synaptic AP from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, Jennifer began their current role as Manager of Technical Support and Technical Customer Success Manager at Youreka.

Jennifer Johnson attended JEB Stuart High School from 1991 to 1995, where they received their Diploma in General Studies. Jennifer then attended Northern Virginia Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science. Finally, they attended George Mason University from 1997 to 1999, studying Computer Science. In March 2017, Jennifer Johnson obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce.
