Stefan Schmitt

Stefan Schmitt has extensive work experience in customer care and logistics. Stefan is currently serving as the Head of Customer Care & Logistics at Yourgene Health since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Care at the same company starting from November 2022. Before joining Yourgene Health, they worked as a Customer Excellence Manager EMEAIL at Yourgene Health from December 2021 to November 2022. Schmitt also has experience as the Director of Schmitt Hausing Limited since March 2022. Stefan has previous experience as a Team Leader and Business Mentor at Independent Utility Warehouse Distributor starting from October 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager DACH at Scapa Industrial from November 2020 to December 2021. Stefan has also served at Scapa as the European Customer Care Manager from July 2016 to November 2020, Customer Care Team Leader from October 2015 to July 2016, and Customer Care Co-ordinator from April 2013 to October 2015. Schmitt's earlier experience includes working as an Incident Management Executive at Avios from May 2009 to April 2013, and as an Assistant Shore Excursion Manager at Phoenix Reisen GmbH from January 2008 to December 2008. Stefan has also worked at REWE Touristik GmbH as a Destination Management and Customer Service Representative from June 2001 to December 2007, and at HRG as a Travel Agent from October 1998 to May 2001.

Stefan Schmitt completed their Abitur / A-Levels at Sir Peter Ustinov Gesamtschule from 1989 to 1998.
