Previously, Alberto held the position of General Manager at POKER Pastificio Srl and Plant Manager at Caffitaly System S.p.A., overseeing production operations and process improvements for large teams across multiple plants. Alberto's extensive experience spans roles in the Evoca Group, including Plant Manager and Supplier Quality Manager, and a foundational role as a Production Specialist at Brembo S.p.A. Alberto holds an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
