Andrea Pietrini serves as Chairman of YOURgroup, a position held since January 2019, where operational support is provided by a team of fractional executives selected through a rigorous internal process. Additionally, Andrea holds the role of Ambassador at Inclusione Donna, advocating for gender equality in the workplace as part of a coalition of associations. As Managing Partner, Andrea leads yourCFO, a division focused on corporate finance solutions, and has contributed as an author to EgeaEditore with a book on fractional management. Andrea is also a member of Forbes Finance Council and has invested as a shareholder in YOURAssistant and Moonstone Venture Capital. Other affiliations include AICEO and AIDP, along with a coordinating role at ASSOCONSULT. Educational background includes a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and an MBA from LUISS Business School.
