Donald Cheney

Donald Cheney has over 25 years of work experience in IT and operations management. Donald started their career as an IT Operations Manager at the City of St. Paul in 1995, where they oversaw project budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional team management. During their time at the City of St. Paul, they implemented various databases, networks, applications, and licensing systems.

In 2011, Cheney joined SPRWS as an IT-Operations Manager. In this role, they coordinated the integration of optimized print services, data warehousing, virtual servers, and desktop topology. Donald also led focus groups to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions, and collaborated with management on strategic planning and project development.

In this role, they manage the day-to-day operations of the Service division, including managing a nationwide installation partner vendor network and scheduling service work. Donald collaborates with the Engineering staff on solution and network design and manages KPIs and performance reporting for the division.
