Sol is building the human-intelligence layer for the AI era.

As AI transforms how work gets done, resumes, job titles, and years of experience are becoming weaker signals of how people actually create value. Organizations need a better way to understand how people think, solve problems, communicate, and contribute.

Sol was created to answer that challenge.

We are building the world's largest structured dataset on how people create value. Through conversational AI, Sol develops a living strategic profile for each individual, transforming human intelligence into structured intelligence that can be understood, articulated, and applied.

We begin with founders and institutional cohorts through a WhatsApp-based experience that prepares people for high-stakes conversations including fundraising, sales, interviews, networking, partnerships, leadership, and career advancement. Every interaction deepens Sol's understanding of the individual while expanding our understanding of human intelligence at scale.

For accelerators, universities, innovation institutes, workforce organizations, and employers, Sol provides readiness insights, cohort analytics, and measurable outcomes. Rather than relying solely on resumes or credentials, organizations gain visibility into how individuals think, communicate, and create value.

Our vision extends beyond preparation.

As our dataset grows, Sol becomes the intelligence layer connecting people with internships, first jobs, co-founders, mentors, investors, project teams, and hiring opportunities based on how they create value rather than simply where they have worked.

We believe the future of opportunity will be powered by human intelligence.

Sol transforms human intelligence into opportunity.
