Hans Meeder

Hans Meeder currently serves as Sr. Fellow for Education and Workforce Innovation at YouScience, where also holds the title of Senior Fellow & VP of Professional Services. Prior to joining YouScience in October 2022, Hans founded and led the National Center for College and Career Transitions (NC3T) from January 2012 to December 2022, facilitating partnerships to support sustainable college-career pathways. Other notable roles include President of Meeder Consulting Group, corporate outreach at Change the Equation, and a position as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education. Hans's early career included significant positions such as Sr. Vice President at the National Alliance of Business and Executive Director of the 21st Century Workforce Commission. Hans holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media from the University of Maryland.
