Xavier Freeman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Xavier is the Co-Founder and CEO of YouSet, a company that combines technology, data, and human expertise to revolutionize the insurance industry in Canada. In this role, they lead the development of a highly efficient and customer-centric insurance platform.

Prior to starting YouSet, Xavier served as an Advisory Board Member at Fundica, a leading funding identification and connection platform in Canada. Xavier then transitioned to become the Head of Partnerships and Marketing where they played a vital role in matching entrepreneurs, investors, funders, and advisors through innovative crowdsourcing and crawler technology. Xavier also managed the Fundica Roadshow, an annual initiative aimed at supporting entrepreneurs nationwide.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Xavier worked at Scotiabank, where they held various positions. Xavier served as the Manager for Credit Cards in Quebec and Ontario, overseeing operations and managing client relationships. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager for Small Business and Professional Services. Xavier started their career at Scotiabank as a Personal Banking Officer, where they gained valuable experience in customer service and financial management.
