Hossam Nagy, a mechanical engineer, currently serves as a maintenance engineer at Youssef Allam Group. Prior to their current role, Hossam worked as a site engineer at top class for refrigeration, air conditioning, fire fighting, and contracting. Before that, Hossam was a mechanical engineer at al Yassin for printing and packaging. Hossam Nagy earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University in 2014.

Youssef Allam had a vision to revolutionize the paper trade in Egypt. In 1948, he seized the opportunity to establish a paper trade company; the first of its kind in the region, serving Egypt and the Middle East.
